Rt. Hon. Garba Datti Babawo Distributes Ramadan Food Aid in Sabon Gari

Last Saturday, Rt. Hon. Garba Datti Muhammad (Babawo), the Deputy National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the Northwest zone and Chairman of the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA), has distributed food aid to residents of Sabon Gari Local Government Area in Kaduna State.
The distribution event took place at his residence in GRA, Sabon Gari, and was attended by APC ward leaders, community members, and key political figures. The Chairman of the Kaduna State Association of Local Government Chairmen (ALGON), Hon. Abubakar Jamilu Albani Samaru, officially flagged off the distribution on behalf of Rt. Hon. Garba Datti Babawo.
In his remarks, the Local Government Chairman commended Babawo for his continued support towards the development of Kaduna State, particularly in assisting the people during critical times. He described the food aid as a timely intervention, especially during Ramadan.
He also praised Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani, for his efforts in improving the welfare of the people, stating, "We are witnessing progress under the leadership of Senator Uba Sani, and we pray for his success in future elections."
Reports from the event confirmed that Rt. Hon. Garba Datti Babawo distributed at least 2,000 bags of rice, weighing 50kg and 25kg, to ease the burden on residents.
One of the beneficiaries, Malama Aisha from Anguwan Muciya, expressed her gratitude, offering prayers for Babawo, Senator Uba Sani, Hon. Abubakar Jamilu Albani Samaru, and other APC leaders who contributed to the initiative.
This gesture highlights the commitment of Rt. Hon. Garba Datti Babawo and other political leaders to supporting the people of Kaduna State, particularly during crucial period.
