FUE Zaria Library Holds In-House Training for Staff
Federal University of Education, Zaria (FUEZ), organized a maiden in-house training program for its library staff recently at the institution's library, focusing on "Work Ethics and Library Routines".
Acting University Librarian Alhaji Ahmed Tijjani Abdul initiated the program, emphasizing the importance of professionalism and effective service delivery.
He urged participants to embody virtues such as discipline, punctuality, and focus in their daily tasks.
Alhaji Tijjani committed to establishing a state-of-the-art library center for staff and students. He thanked Acting Vice Chancellor Dr. Suleiman Balarabe and his management team for their support.
Expert facilitators presented papers on circulation procedures, reserve and reference sections.
Certificates of attendance were issued to participants at the end of the program.
