BREAKING: DG NILEST Drops Two Special Assistants, Suspends Two Staff for Gross Misconduct
The Director General and Chief Executive Officer of NILEST Dr. Auwal Mustapha Imam has dropped two of his Aides; Special Assistant on Administration Malam Tanimu Garba and Special Assistant on Students Matters Comrade Aminu Umar.
Comrade Aminu Umar is currently serving NYSC, and the DG is passionate about dedication on NYSC, and that's why he directed the SA to concentrate on his National Service and return upon completion.
The two suspended Staff are undergoing investigations for the offences committed, and would be referred to Disciplinary Committee for further action.
The DG has also directed investigation into the involvement of some Staff who attempt to instigate Students into initiating security threats to the Community.
The DG will remain committed to the Rule of law and protection of the interest of the general Public in all his activities.
